A New Leadership Program

The Leadership Program at MRMA is unheard of in the martial arts industry... and possibly in the sporting world.

Without giving too much away, the areas of instructor training will include:

  • Public speaking.

  • Teaching skills with online training.

  • The history of martial arts.

  • Extreme sports and handling adrenalin.

  • Tackling problems - bullying, drugs, pollution, climate change, intolerance of others.

  • Running a business. This includes a kid funding system where viable businesses run by our instructors can be partially funded.

  • Handling stress - using Buddhism, Zen training and Confucianism.

  • Financial self defence.

  • How to identify your gift. Our kids live in a time where experts claim that 40% of today's jobs wont be in existence when they leave school. Finding your gift is now more important than ever.

  • and .......

  • when you reach level 4 of our Assistant Instructor training, you have an opportunity to be a part of our instructor team, if we have a position available.

Identifying Assistant Instructors

Assistant instructors will be easily identified by a badge on the sleeve of their Gi top. It's hard work being an instructor and role model to others.

A ranking badge is one of the rewards.

So ... what is next?
